When a large contract to provide PRINCE2 project management training came to an end with a software computer company, Benchmark worked with KNA to review the impact of this change on their business and to develop alternative marketing strategies to maximise Benchmark's turnover and profit.
As a direct result of this project, Benchmark switched their empahsis to running more profitable, public training courses as well as nurturing more direct, large public-sector accounts and developing complementary partnerships. They also took the decision to employ an ongoing salesperson for the business.
Since this project completed in January 2006, Benchmark's turnover has stablised and is showing positive and profitable growth.
