As a private member's club based near the heart of the City of London, at the side of the River Thames, Little
Ship Club was perfectly positioned to maximise its bookings from corporate venue hire and hospitality.
However, with major refurbishment continuing for over a year with great disruption and upheaval above them, their marketing and communication strategies needed to be reviewed to relaunch the Club. KNA undertook pricing strategy, literature message and creation, web design and a relaunch campaign aimed at corproate event organisers.
One year on from KNA's involvement, the club has dramatically increased its turnover from corporate and hospitality bookings with continued inniatives keeping up
the momentum.
